BCM One and TD Synnex partnership aims to simplify telecom reselling for channel partners

BCM One’s strategic alliance with TD Synnex unlocks new opportunities for IT channel firms to resell voice and cloud communication services, expanding market reach and streamlining service packaging.

BCM One has struck a strategic deal with TD SYNNEX that will let the distributor’s partners resell the telecom provider’s voice and cloud communications services, as the two companies look to make it easier for IT channel firms to package connectivity with broader technology offerings. The agreement covers Pure IP’s global voice and network services and SkySwitch’s white-label unified communications platform, extending BCM One’s reach into SMB, enterprise and channel markets through TD SYNNEX’s partner base.

The partnership comes as distributors and vendors continue to push more services through channel ecosystems rather than direct sales. TD SYNNEX has recently emphasised its role as what it calls an ecosystem orchestrator, including by securing Microsoft’s new Frontier Distributor designation, while other vendors have also used the firm’s network to promote recurring-revenue offerings for managed service providers.

BCM One said the arrangement should help partners avoid some of the tax and regulatory complexity that can come with telecom services, while allowing them to sell a more complete communications stack. The company, which operates across brands including Pure IP, SkySwitch, SIP.US, SIPTRUNK and Flowroute, said the deal broadens its routes to market beyond direct and agent channels.

For TD SYNNEX, the move adds another communications and collaboration vendor to a portfolio that already spans cloud, cybersecurity, analytics, AI and other infrastructure services. The distributor says it works with more than 150,000 customers in over 100 countries, and the new partnership appears aimed at giving its resellers and MSPs another way to layer telecom capabilities onto existing customer relationships.
