LTM and ServiceNow plan to broaden their partnership around enterprise use of agentic artificial intelligence, aiming to help customers move from limited trials to more widely deployed systems with formal oversight. The companies say they will combine ServiceNow’s platform with LTM’s engineering and transformation services to develop joint offerings and coordinate sales activity.
LTM says it serves more than 700 customers alongside ServiceNow and has deployed 1,500 ServiceNow AI agents within its own operations. The firm expects its use of ServiceNow’s Super Intelligence Control Tower to improve AI asset-management efficiency by as much as 80 per cent. That figure is a projection from LTM, not an independently verified result.
ServiceNow’s customer case study describes agents being used for tasks including invoice processing, client-onboarding checks and executive research. It also outlines applications across HR, security and IT, including automated employee support and security playbooks. The reported operational gains come from LTM and ServiceNow, rather than an independent assessment.
The partnership’s emphasis on identifying and governing AI agents reflects a wider challenge for businesses adopting automated systems: tracking what agents can access, what actions they take and who is accountable for them. ServiceNow says its Control Tower is designed to provide oversight of AI assets, behaviour, permissions and risk, including systems operating beyond its own platform. Those capabilities are described by the company and do not independently confirm the anticipated benefits of LTM’s deployment.
LTM also reports that its existing ServiceNow use has reduced IT ticket volumes and enabled senior-management reviews to be completed up to 87 per cent faster. The companies intend to draw on that experience in developing joint customer programmes, although the announcement does not set out how the projected results will be measured across future deployments. LTM’s annual-report materials describe a sizeable ServiceNow practice and identify co-innovation and expanded market offerings as strategic priorities.
