Dialpad and TD SYNNEX have announced a global distribution partnership to bring AI-powered communications and contact‑centre solutions to new markets, focusing on partner enablement and AI integration.
Dialpad and TD SYNNEX have formed a global distribution alliance intended to extend Dialpad’s AI-driven communications and contact‑centre offerings into TD SYNNEX’s international partner network. The firm said the collaboration will allow TD SYNNEX partners to resell Dialpad’s unified communications, contact centre and Agentic AI capabilities to businesses across multiple markets. [2],[5]
The announcement repeats claims that Dialpad’s Agentic AI can automate routine workflows, augment live interactions with real‑time intelligence and surface AI‑driven performance insights for customer‑facing teams. The company said TD SYNNEX will fold those solutions into its existing portfolio to help partners present unified, secure and more intelligent communication options to end customers. [2],[6]
Cheryl Neal, Vice President of New Vendor Acquisition at TD SYNNEX, is quoted saying, “Dialpad’s AI-first innovation and proven leadership in agentic communications perfectly align with our mission to empower partners with best-in-class technology solutions.” The firm presented the partnership as a means of creating new routes to market for Dialpad through TD SYNNEX’s enablement and distribution capabilities. Dialpad framed the tie‑up as a step to accelerate global uptake. Dana Dempsey, RVP, Partner Sales at Dialpad, said, “Partnering with TD SYNNEX allows us to rapidly extend the power of Agentic AI to partners and businesses in new markets.” Dialpad has been expanding its channel ecosystem elsewhere too, recently recognising partner contributions in its annual awards and announcing reseller arrangements for workforce management and other integrations. [1],[3],[4]
TD SYNNEX’s recent product and partner initiatives signal a wider strategy to operationalise AI for resellers, including an AI assistant for Microsoft Teams and an “AI Game Plan” workshop designed to help partners convert AI ideas into customer outcomes. Those programmes suggest the distributor will combine product distribution with enablement services to reduce friction for partners selling and deploying AI‑enabled communications. [5],[6]
Industry observers say success will hinge on partners’ ability to marry Dialpad’s agentic features with existing customer platforms and compliance needs. Dialpad and TD SYNNEX both emphasised partner enablement as central to scaling the offering; whether that will translate into rapid uptake in regulated sectors or complex enterprise environments remains to be seen.
