Professional services firm Avanade unveils a new suite of Microsoft-powered business solutions aimed at boosting operational efficiency, security, and cloud optimisation, with global rollout plans.
Professional services company Avanade has introduced a new suite of Microsoft-powered business solutions designed to help organisations streamline operations, enhance security, and optimise cloud costs. This suite marks a strategic development in Avanade’s commitment to accelerating business transformation through Microsoft technologies.
The offerings include Avanade Accelerated ERP, a platform aimed at aiding enterprises with resource planning transformation and operational efficiencies. Avanade Cloud Move utilises artificial intelligence to facilitate the secure migration of servers and workloads to Microsoft Azure, helping organisations navigate cloud transitions with enhanced security and intelligence. Additionally, Avanade Intelligent Security Operations provides a unified and adaptive security approach designed to evolve alongside emerging threats. Complementing these is the Avanade Intelligent Contact Centre, an AI-powered solution ready for rapid deployment to enhance customer engagement and service.
These solutions are the first to emerge from Avanade Go, an internal team specifically dedicated to creating and scaling repeatable Microsoft-powered business solutions. The team is led by Fabio Hasegawa, a 12-year veteran of Avanade, who describes the launch as the beginning of an “exciting journey.” Avanade Go’s initial rollout targets the UK, US, Canada, and Australia, with plans to expand into further international markets in the coming weeks. The leadership aims to set a new benchmark in delivery excellence, blending speed, quality, and measurable impact to benefit a broad client base.
Beyond these flagship offerings, Avanade has also launched a self-service, fully automated tool designed to provide organisations with comprehensive analyses of their existing cloud environments. This tool reviews resources across Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms to offer customised recommendations on optimising cloud usage and reinvesting resources efficiently. Already in use by over 100 customers worldwide, this automation reflects Avanade’s ongoing push towards intelligent cloud management.
Avanade’s CEO, Rodrigo Caserta, emphasised that these new solutions build upon the company’s extensive experience delivering Microsoft technology to thousands of organisations globally. Speaking to the company’s strengths, Caserta noted that Avanade’s global track record in modernising operations, from enhancing customer experiences to optimising cloud and data utilisation, enables these solutions to offer clients accelerated pathways to tangible business outcomes.
The launch reaffirms Avanade’s strategic alignment with Microsoft, leveraging AI and cloud technologies to address complex business challenges in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. By consolidating security, operational efficiency, and cloud optimisation into interconnected solutions, Avanade aims to provide businesses not just with technology but with measurable improvements in performance and cost-effectiveness.
