G42 and R/GA have launched Alpha.G42.ai, an innovative AI-powered platform that replaces traditional websites with conversational hubs, signalling a shift towards a more personalised, device-agnostic digital future.
G42, the UAE-based technology group, has unveiled Alpha.G42.ai in partnership with R/GA, presenting it as an early example of how companies may soon replace conventional websites with AI-led conversational hubs. Rather than serving fixed pages, the system is designed to assemble and present information in real time, adjusting to the needs of each visitor as they interact by voice or text. According to the companies, the aim is to turn a brand’s digital presence into an intelligent front end rather than a static brochure. G42’s broader business spans artificial intelligence and cloud computing, with the group increasingly positioning itself as a regional player in enterprise AI.
The platform is being framed as part of a wider move towards what industry practitioners are calling the “agentic web”, in which large language models sit inside the interface itself and guide the user experience. R/GA’s global executive creative director, Kyle Wheeler, said the team did not simply set out to rebuild a website, but to create a new operating model for brands. The launch materials describe a system capable of producing tailored executive briefings, personalised summaries and even curated audio content, all generated dynamically in response to user intent.
G42 says the service is intended to work across audiences ranging from business partners and public bodies to universities and founders, with the platform learning and refining its responses over time. Instead of relying on a traditional content management system, the interface draws from multiple source types, including documents, videos and articles, and converts them into a single knowledge base. That approach, according to the companies, is meant to improve personalisation while also broadening discoverability across search and AI systems.
The project was developed with R/GA leading strategy, experience design and engineering, working alongside G42’s internal communications, creative and technology teams. R/GA and G42 are presenting Alpha.G42.ai as a prototype for how digital brand experiences could evolve beyond browser-based pages and into a more fluid, device-agnostic future. The launch also fits with G42’s wider push into AI partnerships, including work announced with OpenAI and other technology firms as the group expands its regional and enterprise-focused ambitions.
